The people in the store were great, the car is great, but he delivery time kept slipping as BMW had run out of parts to build the car.
They did not do a thorough check of my car and did not get rid of the smell of urine.

When the driver brought my car back this time he said it would need to go back again in September I would of thought a full service when you buy a new car would mean a full service not part

Would have been 5 stars if the car had arrived back in same condition went.Work was done on roof and then roof not fitted correctly and car dropped back.I cannot believe that this was not seen by anyone before I got car.

staff very knowledgeable, and approachable, and patient. While we were at Stevenage, a parent had brought in the most unruly children that caused havoc and chaos, in fact they were annoying, your staff were very kind and patient.
Everything went swimmingly until some old guy took 20 mins just to get my paperwork together!! Really if it takes that long maybe he needs a new job!

I am satisfied with the overall outcome. Communication was great. Only downfalls of mini itself would be the lack of temporary insurance and being rejected for part exchange initially.
It was easy and quick to book an appointment, Specialist Cars Stevenage were quick and efficient. They also were able to help me out when I discovered I'd left my keys in the car when I got home! Specialist Cars sent a driver out with my keys :)
passenger side wiper blade rubber split - not replaced. number plate bulb blown - not replaced. windscreen washer bottle not refilled. All small items admittedly but it leaves one wondering if they missed these, then what else was missed?
positive greeting, confirmed jobs being done and time, offer to wash car. Disappointed that my car was brought to the front of building, then sat there for 25mins before some one approached me to say me car was ready!
The point of contact was very polite and telephoned me to let me know my car was ready for collection ahead of schedule.
Car had mud splatters down the drivers side. The lady sales person obviously needed to be elsewhere and unsatisfactorily rushed us through the whole process and out of the door as fast as she could. Car was not registered in Mrs Watson's name.......
Overall my experience was good but a follow up question arose about the work carried out less than one week later and the response to deal with my problem was very unsatisfactory.
Other than for a confusion over a roof decal which was quickly sorted out we got the car we wanted at a price we were happy with
My car was collected from my home and repaired within a day, under warranty. Both the MINI emergency service and Specialist Cars were impressive.

Although I was not in a hurry for my car to be returned it would have been nice to have been given an approximate time. It was finished at lunch time.

Mini was delivered late and when we picked it up salesman was not even there
